      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Carry out independent research and perform data analysis related to environmental governance and land tenure
      - Convene targeted transdisciplinary roundtables to synthesize learnings and share actionable recommendations
      - Author research outputs including decision-making briefs, public reports, and peer-reviewed publications
      - Develop teaching materials and record lectures for educational programs
      - Assist with grant proposals and maintain accurate scientific records

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in a relevant scientific discipline and four years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Demonstrated global leadership in property rights and resource governance
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English
      - Familiarity with the evidence base in global environmental practice related to land tenure and property rights
      - Proven ability to author action-oriented publications including policy briefs and op-eds

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience convening transdisciplinary groups and leading co-creation sessions with actionable outputs
      - Understanding of organizational impact measurement standards and practices
      - Familiarity with scientific literature in property rights and environmental governance
      - Advanced experience in qualitative research methodologies and tools, such as Dedoose
