What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Consult with Motus station owners on making tower upgrades and troubleshooting problems
- Make upgrades and/or repairs to existing Motus stations
- Manage and analyze data from the Motus Wildlife Tracking System
- Identify landowners willing to host Motus stations
- Contribute to manuscripts based on Motus data
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a related field
- Experience working with stations in the Motus Wildlife Tracking System, including setup and takedown
- Proficiency in managing and analyzing data from Motus
- Ability to work remotely on consultations with Motus station owners
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Graduate degree in Natural Resources, Biological Sciences, Ecology, or a related field
- 4-6 years of relevant experience
- Record of peer-reviewed publications in Natural Sciences or related fields
