      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct in-depth user research activities, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys to gather insights into user behaviors and needs
      - Develop and maintain user personas and journey maps to support user-centric product development
      - Plan and facilitate usability testing sessions, including recruitment and analysis of findings
      - Collect and analyze user data to identify patterns and opportunities for product improvement
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user research findings into the product development process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of mixed methods research experience
      - Proficient in a wide variety of research methods (interviews, focus groups, surveys, etc.)
      - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders
      - Proven ability to tackle complex problem areas and deliver actionable insights
      - Demonstrated autonomy in identifying research opportunities and driving projects forward
