What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with calls from and to customers, providing exceptional service
- Support field team members and dealerships with equipment and reservation management
- Direct incoming customers' equipment based on demand and productivity status
- Review reports to ensure effective placement of equipment and customer reservations
- Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones and email
- Proficient in customer service, time management, and multitasking skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service role within a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with reservation management systems
- Strong analytical skills for report review and data interpretation
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting
