What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with calls from and to customers, ensuring excellent customer service
- Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management
- Review reports to aid in effective placement of equipment and customer reservations
- Direct incoming customer equipment to areas based on demand and productivity
- Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of office equipment, including multiline phones and email
- Proficient in customer service, time management, and multitasking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service role
- Familiarity with reservation systems or logistics management
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands
- Previous experience in a team-oriented work environment
