What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with calls from and to customers, ensuring excellent service
- Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management
- Direct incoming customer equipment based on demand and productivity status
- Review reports to aid in effective equipment placement and customer reservations
- Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones and email
- Proficient in customer service, time management, and multitasking
- Exceptional communication and phone etiquette skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service or related fields
- Familiarity with reservation management systems
- Ability to analyze reports for operational efficiency
- Experience in the moving and storage industry
