Job Description

- Take telephone enquiries for leisure room bookings (8 rooms and under) using appropriate level of efficiency and sales techniques
- Respond to enquiries via the website, email and letter, in a timely manner with the appropriate level of efficiency and sales techniques
- Have a good knowledge of the Resorts facilities – SPA, Golf and Food and Beverage outlets, in order that these facilities can be sold to the guest
- Assisting with the procedure for group bookings – inputting of rooming list, and group amendments
- Have sufficient knowledge of the packages that are available including Valentines, Easter, Christmas, New Year in order that these can be sold
- Service focused personality
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships
- Previous experience within a similar role is preferred
- Hospitality experience is essential
