      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received via phone, fax, or mail
      - Identify guest reservation needs and verify availability of room types and rates
      - Explain cancellation policies and special rates to callers while accommodating special requests
      - Maintain confidentiality and protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers
      - Develop positive working relationships with team members and support common goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
      - No related work experience required
      - No supervisory experience required
      - Exceptional communication skills and professional demeanor
      - Ability to handle guest concerns and provide quality service

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in the hospitality industry
