What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding fares, flight schedules, and policies for Alaska Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines, and partner airlines
- Make new reservations and modify existing reservations for domestic and international flights
- Resolve guest questions, complaints, and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Navigate and utilize complex computerized systems to support guest needs
- Create a positive service-oriented environment for all guests

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service or community service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a pleasant phone demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the airline or travel industry
- Proficiency in the Spanish language
