  Job Summary

  This is a paid internship and the perfect opportunity for you to expand and develop real world experience in the IGS Home Industry.

  During your summer at IGS, you will work as a part of the IGS Home Warranty Account Management team on one or more projects focused on creating a better experience for our customers. This scope will require you to contact and interact with customers via phone and/or email with the goal of building a relationship and ultimately getting them to remain a part of the IGS family.

  As part of the team, you will accomplish the following:

  • Support the IGS Home objectives, specifically as it pertains to sales metrics and customer relationships.
  • Create action plan and reach out to customers who have never responded, expired, and attempting to renew.
  • Develop relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer experiences and making sure their needs are met with our products.
  • Demonstrate your creativity by reevaluating our tracking list for potential improvements.

  Requirements:

  • Actively enrolled in college. Open to all majors and class levels.

  Salary Range

  $31,200.00 - $52,000.00

  *This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.

  This role is also eligible for an uncapped sales commission.
