- Accompany clients through recovery activities. You will interact with clients in a variety of ways throughout their day - from meals to free time, recreation, pro-social activities, transportation to appointments, and 12-step meetings in company vehicles.
- 8:00 pm – 8:00 am
- RA’s are required to work some holidays and weekends.
- 3 twelve-hour shifts per week, perfect attendance earns you an additional 4 hours pay per week.

Catholic Charities, Diocese of Cleveland is excited to announce changes to its Residential Assistant (RA) position at Matt Talbot Residential Treatment Program in Parma, Ohio. Changes include: Starting wage of $20/hour; work three 12-hour shifts per week for a total of 36 hours with the opportunity to get paid for 40 hours; four full days off every week; one free meal per shift; health insurance on your first day and an excellent benefits package including generous tuition assistance, and more!
Residential Assistants work as part of a treatment team to facilitate daily living activities in support of clients' recovery journey and work to ensure clients' safety. Residential Assistants model and promote positive recovery behaviors. May provide transportation to appointments using company vehicle.
Program Statement: Matt Talbot residential treatment center is a program for adults who are struggling with addiction and may have a co-occurring mental health condition. Our program services offer a holistic approach to treatment and recovery with a client-centered focus.
