      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain knowledge of regulations from governmental agencies, ensuring compliance with housing programs
      - Monitor regulatory changes related to tenant eligibility and rental assistance programs
      - Review Initial Tenant Certifications, Recertifications, and Interim Certifications for accuracy and completeness
      - Assist with billing processes and troubleshoot issues related to governmental agencies
      - Facilitate training for new employees on tenant eligibility and certifications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Valid PA Driver's License and reliable transportation
      - Ability to travel to properties within Pennsylvania and surrounding states
      - Excellent customer service and sales skills
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in property management or compliance within the real estate sector
      - Familiarity with housing regulations, including HUD and LIHTC
      - Strong organizational and communication skills
      - Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
