What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and residential energy audits, including on-site verifications and electronic data reviews
- Provide technical advice, guidance, and training on installations according to client specifications
- Offer input and status updates regarding project scope, planning, and product effectiveness
- Utilize technical expertise to identify, analyze, and resolve issues
- Communicate effectively with customers and peers across the organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience with utilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Valid State of Maine Driver's license with a responsible driving history
- Ability to conduct effective communication with customers and team members
- Strong analytical skills to resolve technical issues
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in energy efficiency programs or related fields
- Familiarity with residential efficiency initiatives and best practices
- Previous experience in customer service and technical support roles
- Knowledge of energy auditing processes and tools
