      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide clerical support tasks for residential group homes in a fast-paced environment
      - Manage and maintain multiple calendars, trackers, and spreadsheets
      - Assist with the interviewing, selection, and hiring process for new staff
      - Use computer systems to enter and track crucial information
      - Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments efficiently

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
      - Two years of general clerical experience including keyboarding and document generation
      - Associate degree or higher in any field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Strong attention to detail for following directions and documenting information accurately
      - Experience using computer software such as word processing and spreadsheets for documentation and scheduling

      - Experience communicating clearly and cross-culturally in various formats
      - Familiarity with time management, organization, and prioritization skills
      - Proven ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds
