      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain relationships with fabricators, installers, designers, and other key business influencers in the assigned territory
      - Proactively plan and schedule sales calls to maximize market development and sales growth
      - Educate business partners on product attributes and market trends while representing the brand effectively
      - Build and execute quarterly sales plans to communicate strategies and direct efforts in the market
      - Conduct local travel to meet customers and maintain professional presence in the market

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of three (3) years of experience in business-to-business sales, marketing, or interior design
      - Strong business knowledge and financial acumen
      - Proven track record of building customer-focused relationships with a professional demeanor
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft and Google software suites, with familiarity in Concur and Salesforce preferred

      - Experience in the architectural and design industry
      - Previous B2B sales experience
      - Strong organizational and follow-up skills
      - Entrepreneurial mindset with self-motivation to work independently
      - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for samples and trade show materials
