What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain business relationships with fabricators, installers, and key industry influencers in the assigned territory
- Proactively plan and schedule sales calls to maximize market development and sales
- Educate business partners on product attributes and represent the Cambria brand effectively
- Maintain accurate customer information using Salesforce and provide project samples
- Travel within the territory to build and sustain relationships with customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in business-to-business sales, marketing, or interior design
- Strong business knowledge and financial acumen
- Proven track record of building professional relationships and achieving sales goals
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Must be able to work from home as needed and possess a valid Driver's License
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the architectural and design industry
- Previous B2B sales experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google software suites, as well as Salesforce
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivated work ethic
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
