What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with customers, physician offices, patients, or third-party providers regarding the employer's products or services
- Resolve routine questions and issues submitted by customers while adhering to established guidelines and procedures
- Document interactions, including details, complaints, comments, and actions taken using computer applications
- Coordinate with other functional areas as necessary and refer unresolved issues for further investigation
- Communicate with customers and providers to respond to inquiries or notify them of investigation results
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, touch typing, formatting documents)
- Basic PC skills, including the ability to use a mouse, start and close programs, and navigate online
- Basic search engine skills, including browsing, filling out online forms, and bookmarking sites
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in a centralized services or call center environment
- Experience in retail or healthcare settings
- Proven ability to meet quality standards for services and evaluate customer satisfaction
- Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, touch typing, formatting documents)
- Fluency in Spanish and English
