What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Resolve seller issues through various channels to support the eCommerce business
- Analyze and communicate trends from screening data to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Manage escalated cases by providing expertise and researching seller histories
- Develop and implement processes to meet business needs in collaboration with team members
- Review new seller applications and make informed decisions based on compliance requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Fluency in one of the following languages: Thai, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, German, French, or Vietnamese (Read/Write)
- Preferred 1-2 years of experience in Risk Operations Workstreams and/or Fraud Detection
- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate systems efficiently
- Ability to adhere to documented screening workflows and requirements
- Capacity to analyze information from multiple sources and apply it effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in eCommerce or technology solutions
- Familiarity with seller application processes and compliance checks
- Skills in data analysis and trend identification
- Previous experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment
