What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide essential operational support for complex service and process escalations, ensuring timely communication of updates and resolutions
- Assist in the development and maintenance of process documentation, training materials, and communication content related to Resource & Capacity Management (RCM)
- Serve as a subject-matter expert in RCM, providing consultative support and best practice recommendations
- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions on new RCM processes and tool enhancements
- Support the maintenance and optimization of RCM tools, including data integrity checks and basic configuration adjustments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities for diagnosing service and process escalations
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate activities across teams
- Familiarity with essential business tools, with direct experience in ServiceNow or any Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool being highly desirable
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare-related roles or environments
- Proficiency in using G-Suite applications, particularly advanced Google Sheets and Google Slides
- Background in training or process improvement initiatives
