      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer technician schedules to maximize appointment availability for external customers
      - Handle calls and emails regarding time-off requests, ensuring compliance with guidelines and local agreements
      - Manage daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly shift bid and schedule information
      - Coordinate Buried Service Wire (BSW) requests, including scheduling locates and obtaining permits
      - Track illness and FMLA occurrences, notifying field management as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent experience
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
      - Availability to work rotating Saturdays

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in scheduling or resource management within a technical or service-oriented environment
      - Familiarity with union contract requirements and local agreements related to scheduling
