What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development and management of a centralized Resource Library for the Capital Project Delivery Portfolio
- Conduct audits of existing resources and create a project plan to streamline content organization
- Facilitate collaboration across divisions to ensure resource tools meet diverse departmental needs
- Establish governance structures for the Resource Library, including naming conventions and update protocols
- Advise on internal policies related to knowledge management and resource accountability
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in public administration, public policy, urban planning, business, library and information science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in planning, program development, or project coordination
- Experience developing and implementing internal policies or governance frameworks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience in facilitating collaborative processes
- Familiarity with capital project delivery processes and tools in a public sector context
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent experience managing complex projects
- Ability to analyze and communicate data related to resource usage and operational efficiency
- Experience with human-centered design principles and practices
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and drive change without direct authority
