What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate staffing requirements with business leaders for client engagements within the assigned team
- Manage project staffing by understanding project needs and employee skill sets for optimal assignments
- Build strong relationships with employees to align future staffing opportunities with their skills and interests
- Prepare and distribute regular utilization and forecasting analyses to inform strategic business decisions
- Participate in the Resource Management team to identify and implement process improvements across the enterprise
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in resource management, HR, talent acquisition, or staffing; professional services experience preferred
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with skills in data analysis techniques
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with PowerBI, Visio, Smartsheets, and SharePoint
- Familiarity with Workday
- Strong technical skills and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Interest in working in a dynamic setting with flexibility to manage time-sensitive priorities
- Previous experience in a fast-paced consulting environment
