What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate staffing requirements with business leaders for client engagements within your assigned team
- Manage project staffing by understanding project needs and employee skill sets for effective assignments
- Build strong relationships with employees to align future staffing opportunities with their skills and interests
- Prepare and distribute utilization and forecasting analyses on a regular basis
- Participate in the forecasting process to drive understanding of business demand drivers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in resource management, HR, talent acquisition, or staffing
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to establish effective systems
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in professional services is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with resource management planning tools and software such as PowerBI, Visio, Smartsheets, and SharePoint
- Experience with Workday is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and resolve problems creatively
- Interest in working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
