      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide direct support to Utilization Management Case Managers
      - Conduct daily data collection as directed by Utilization Management leadership
      - Manage email communication and documentation related to payor requests and authorizations
      - Enter data into the EPIC system for approved lengths of stay and denials
      - Collaborate with Admitting to ensure accurate patient insurance and prior authorizations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma
      - 2+ years of related experience in medical terminology, Electronic Medical Records (EMR), hospital utilization management, or case management
      - Strong interpersonal, collaboration, customer service, and advocacy skills
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to maintain effective working relationships with patients and families

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree
      - Familiarity with community services/resources
      - Strong assessment and crisis intervention skills
