What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and develop hourly team members to consistently exceed guest expectations
- Ensure positive staff and guest experiences through proactive leadership and personal interactions
- Recruit, hire, coach, train, and support team members focused on guest service
- Collaborate with management to uphold core values and achieve high-quality results
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant operations, from minor details to the big picture
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Minimum of 2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience
- Proven ability to manage costs of goods sold and labor effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to create memorable guest experiences
- Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays in a fast-paced environment
