  Responsibilities

  • We expect you to assist with seating arrangements, guiding guests to their tables and providing them with menus promptly and accurately.

  • You will take food and beverage orders efficiently, ensuring clarity and understanding of each guest's preferences and dietary requirements.

  • We anticipate that you communicate effectively with kitchen staff to relay special requests or modifications to orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • You shall serve dishes and drinks courteously, maintaining high standards of presentation and service delivery throughout.

  • We expect you to handle billing processes accurately by preparing checks, processing payments, and addressing any billing inquiries professionally.

  • You will engage with guests post-meal for feedback, ensuring any concerns are addressed swiftly and enhancing overall guest satisfaction.

  • We require you to maintain cleanliness and organization within the dining area, adhering to health and safety regulations consistently.

  Requirements
