Growing Restaurant Group – Immediate Need

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 + Benefits and Bonus Packages

Our food has been made in a way that is not only able to be enjoyed fresh in one of our 125 locations, but can also travel well for delivery/take-out. Every market we’ve entered, we have become an immediate hit and the-place for lunches, dinners, and catered events.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the accounting operations of the company, collaborating with external consultants in banking, legal, and accounting matters.
• Oversee the production of financial reports and maintenance of financial records.
• Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) to accurately report all transactions promptly.
• Maintain the company's system of accounting policies and procedures.
• Analyze business outcomes and offer guidance to the Management team.
• Supervise and inspire a small team of accounting staff to support the development and upkeep of business dashboard reporting for management.
• Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal reporting regulations.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5-7 years current Controller, Accounting/Financial Management experience
• Accounting/Controller Background in restaurant and/or a company that franchises is desired
• Experience in RSI a plus
• Controller must be results oriented with an emphasis on both individual and team accountability
• Attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Outstanding oral, written, and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
• Background with sales analysis and reporting
• CPA credential a plus
