      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Participate in technical working groups and make recommendations related to natural resource assessment
      - Assist in the identification and development of restoration plans for the Hudson River
      - Draft technical reports and data analyses to support restoration recommendations
      - Coordinate with regional staff and other programs/divisions for restoration planning
      - Conduct field sampling and prepare tables/graphs for presentations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in biological, chemical, or physical sciences with 3+ years of research experience
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
      - Strong analytical and communication skills
      - Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
      - Experience working in riverine and wetland ecosystems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in relevant field
      - Knowledge of environmental contaminants and aquatic biota sampling methods
      - Familiarity with Geographic Information Systems
