What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Retail Branch Manager in achieving sales and revenue goals by identifying and recommending banking products and services
- Foster a positive customer experience by engaging with customers and building strong relationships
- Lead and execute community engagement strategies alongside a Community Development Relationship Manager
- Inspire and coach team members to reach their full potential
- Ensure adherence to operational excellence through compliance with policies and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales and/or customer service experience, or an Associate’s degree with 2 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of experience
- Demonstrable leadership ability and experience, with prior supervisory experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies and procedures
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to seeking business opportunities
