      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure a positive shopping experience for customers by providing friendly and courteous service
      - Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including performing cleaning tasks and maintaining merchandise presentation
      - Handle customer inquiries and issues efficiently, escalating to store leadership when necessary
      - Expedite newly received merchandise to the sales floor and ensure proper merchandising according to company standards
      - Adhere to loss prevention policies and maintain awareness of safety protocols on the sales floor

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Effective communication skills with customers, associates, and store leadership
      - Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments
      - Ability to stand, walk, and move around the store for extended periods
      - Ability to regularly bend, squat, kneel, climb, carry, reach, and stoop
      - Ability to push, pull, and lift more than 25 pounds as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a retail environment
      - Familiarity with loss prevention awareness and merchandise protection standards
      - Experience with cash handling and processing transactions
