As the face of the Nisa business, our existing customers will look to you for advice and support. This may range from identifying new product ranges they should be stocking, to identifying business cost savings or finding new sites for them to acquire. You’ll also play a key role in the recruitment of new customers who’ll enhance the quality of stores across your region.

You’ll need great communication skills, a knowledge and experience of food retail and a passion to drive your regional performance forward. In return, we can offer you a fantastic opportunity to build your networks, learn all about the industry, and really make an impact across Nisa.

      • Manage your own schedule, visiting independent retailers across your region
      • Drive loyalty and sales by building positive relationships and helping retailers to realise their potential and any opportunities for growth
      • Work closely with a wide range of customers, challenging and educating them when necessary to develop productive relationships
      • Act as the interface between Nisa head office and our customers, working closely with IT, Logistics, and Operational teams to resolve issues and queries

This role would suit people who have

      • Experience in food retail
      • Excellent communication skills
      • The ability to build positive relationships and collaborate with others to get great results
      • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage their workload effectively
      • Strong IT skills with the ability to use Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel confidently
      • the resilience and confidence to manage challenging situations

      Why Nisa?

As part of our Nisa team, you’ll get all the great benefits, training, and opportunities you’d expect in a large business like Co-op, as well as the close-knit culture and breadth of exposure that comes with working for a much smaller organisation. Your package includes:

      • 30% off Co-op branded products in our food stores (as well as other discounts on Co-op products and services)
      • An annual bonus (based on personal and business performance)
      • 28 days holiday (rising to 32 with service) plus bank holidays
      • A pension with up to 10% employer contributions
      • Coaching and training to support your career development
      • Hybrid and flexible working options to support your work/life balance
      • Wagestream app – giving you access to a percentage of your pay as you earn
      • YuLife app – rewarding you for exercising with discounts and vouchers for your favourite brands
