- Coach retail associates on best practices for sales through service, client onboarding, and Mystery Shops, and explain how these initiatives tie into SYB’s overall sales & service culture
- Prepare and conduct branch office team meetings, product knowledge information, sales materials and practices for consistency
- Other duties as assigned by management team
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, College degree preferred
- 5 years of Retail Banking Sales and Service experience with Stock Yards Bank preferred. Training and/or coaching experience helpful

As a Retail Sales & Service Coach, your day will be filled with opportunities to Coach to all aspects of the sales, service, and customer experience requirements for retail employees in branch offices with a focus on best practices for the mystery shop, client onboarding, referrals, and overall customer experience.

This position requires the ability to physically make regular visits to Branch office locations in all markets on consistent and regular basis. Standing as long as 2 hours in a training class environment.
