What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Greet customers and respond to inquiries to provide outstanding customer service
- Operate cash registers, manage financial transactions, and balance drawers
- Meet established sales goals and contribute to increasing in-store sales
- Direct customers to merchandise and promote promotions and opportunities
- Maintain a tidy and organized appearance of the sales floor and displays
What is Required (Qualifications):
- An Associate's degree or high school diploma
- Retail sales experience
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
- Capability to stand and walk for extended periods

- Previous experience in a customer service role within a retail environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers effectively
