What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior retail sales experience preferred, especially in selling memberships or services
- Experience in customer service within a spa-like or similar environment
- Familiarity with modern office tools and systems
- Strong communication skills with a passion for listening to clients
- Drive to create a positive work environment and exceptional client experiences
