What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage as a member of a high-performing team, emphasizing trust and commitment
- Build relationships with customers from greeting through post-sale follow-up
- Demonstrate effective selling techniques for retail, custom clothing, and rentals
- Participate in team selling to achieve store sales volume and metrics goals
- Assist with visual merchandising and conduct merchandise stock counts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering a world-class experience
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new programs
- Ability to collaborate effectively with retail sales associates at all levels
- Capability to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to distinguish between fabric patterns and colors
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
- Familiarity with cash register operations and point-of-sale systems
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with visual merchandising techniques
- Willingness to work across multiple store locations and brands
