- Greet customers and respond to inquiries while providing outstanding customer service
- Operate cash registers, manage financial transactions, and balance drawers
- Achieve established sales goals and increase in-store sales
- Maintain the presentation of the sales floor, products, signage, and displays
- Introduce promotions and cross-sell products to enhance customer purchasing experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- An Associate's degree or high school diploma
- Retail sales experience
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
- Capability to stand and walk for extended periods

- Previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong product knowledge and customer engagement skills
