Our store teammates are passionate about creating an exceptions shopping experience for ourcustomers through their eagerness to help, in-depth product knowledge, high brand and executionstandards, and ability to prioritize. Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience. Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floorsets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards, etc. Promote company programs (i.e., customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales,private label credit card enrollment, etc.). Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures. Maintains confidentiality of all Company information.
