What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and enhance field customer and broker relationships
- Execute sales and shelving strategies to achieve revenue, distribution, and share targets
- Ensure effective execution of customer agreements and enabler programs
- Collaborate with agency counterparts to align on retail priorities
- Engage in team efforts with Account Leads to maximize growth opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Highly motivated and self-starting individual
- Ability to effectively plan, organize, and set priorities
- Superior communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and influencing skills
