About the Role
As a Lowe's Retail Sales Part-Time Associate, you'll be a key player in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales within our store. You'll assist customers with product selection, answer questions, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
â ¢ Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist them with finding products, and provide knowledgeable advice.
â ¢ Sales: Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products.
â ¢ Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of product features and benefits.
â ¢ Order Fulfillment: Assist with order pickup and delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
â ¢ Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including stocking shelves and displays.
â ¢ Point of Sale: Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
â ¢ Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
â ¢ High school diploma or equivalent.
â ¢ Excellent customer service and communication skills.
â ¢ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
â ¢ Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
â ¢ Ability to learn and retain product knowledge.
â ¢ Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.
â ¢ Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
