What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop relationships with retail staff, District Managers, Store Managers, and Pro Sales Reps
- Establish financial goals and strategic direction for the retail channel
- Educate Distributor Outside Sales representatives and retail associates on the TimberTech brand
- Conduct onsite product demonstrations and visits with customers to drive sales
- Contribute to the development of the annual sales plan and meet revenue goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in an outside sales position
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated organization and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook

- Interest in up to 60% overnight travel
