What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Grow top-line sales within the assigned territory of approximately 95 retail stores
- Develop and execute impactful sales training programs focusing on brand differentiators
- Build relationships with key store sales associates and management
- Ensure proper merchandising standards and product displays are maintained
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement sales messaging and new product recommendations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of sales experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks and follow through to completion
- Background in millwork, decking, or building materials is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- College degree in Sales or Marketing
- Understanding of the sales process and cycle
- Experience working with a CRM platform (e.g., Hubspot)
- Established client and customer relationships
- Familiarity with quality processes
