What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build strong business relationships with management and contractor sales teams in assigned territory
- Increase sales through training store associates on USG products to enhance product knowledge and loyalty
- Maximize product availability using sales analytics and training on inventory management
- Conduct daily in-aisle product demonstrations to enhance brand loyalty and sales potential
- Collaborate with the marketing team to actively promote USG products in big box stores

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned market territory five days a week
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including public speaking and conflict resolution
- Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with a diverse audience
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills and a focus on exceeding targets

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with construction products and processes
- Experience managing a territory with multiple customers
- Exposure to Salesforce.com
