What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and supervise store team members in providing excellent customer service to both retail and professional customers
- Ensure customer service programs are effectively executed by team members in the retail showroom
- Manage the processing of online orders, special orders, and customer returns efficiently and accurately
- Oversee store opening and closing duties, including securing money and deposits according to company policy
- Communicate and delegate merchandising tasks and ensure team members adhere to their scheduled shifts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to obtain RSS Certification
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair
- Fluency in multiple languages, with Spanish being highly desired

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- ASE Certification
