      About this role:

      Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Marketing Consultant to support our marketing team within the Personal Lending team. The Marketing organization develops marketing strategies and delivers marketing campaigns that support Personal Lending’s business objectives. This organization operates with a customer-first approach rooted in customer analytics, continuous test and learn and ongoing consumer research. We strive to meet customers where they are in their borrowing journey and communicate with them with relevant messaging in their preferred channel.

      In this role, you will:

      • Lead complex initiatives and work across functional teams to strategize, plan and ensure execution of a variety of marketing, development strategies and programs with broad impact
      • Act as key participant in complex marketing analysis, customer retention, customer profile, sales and profitability for marketing
      • Participate and lead complex cross-functional groups to create, edit, and manage digital content for more advanced marketing campaigns, programs or initiatives that enable seamless customer engagement across all digital channels
      • Make decisions in projecting or forecasting future marketing needs
      • Analyze and interpret trends to ensure adherence to legal, compliance, privacy regulations and policies related to marketing
      • Collaborate and consult with cross enterprise, cross lines of business, vendor relationships and cross functional resources on highly complex initiatives to achieve marketing deliverables
      • Manage a team or lead virtual cross functional teams
      • Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for the retail services business.

      Required Qualifications:

      • 5+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or social media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

      Desired Qualifications:

      • Ability to achieve objectives requiring a high level of cooperation from cross-functional partners in other teams – LOB, marketing operations/execution, product, data management, and legal, compliance, control
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present complex concepts into simplified solutions in a straightforward and understandable manner to multiple stakeholders, including senior leaders.
      • 5 + years of marketing operations experience within Consumer Lending
      • Experience in strategic thinking
      • Customer obsessed, superb ability to generate user insights.
      • Exceptional team player, ability to lead a multifunctional team in a matrix environment.
      • Self-starter, get-things-done attitude / Creative problem solver /Ability to deal with ambiguity
      • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills,
      • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
      • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      • 4 + years of data management
      • Experience creating roadmap
      • 4+ years of legal compliance experience
      • Strong communication centric mindset experience leading initiatives that are focused on customer experience
      • Experience translating and presenting complex data in a manner that educates, enhances understanding, and influence decisions.
      • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
