      We have an exciting opportunity to manage and grow our Brixton Retail Store opening soon at: 602 S. Tremont St, Oceanside CA, 92054.

      We are seeking an exceptional, service-minded, Retail Store Manager who will be responsible for delivering an exceptional Brixton brand experience, building and maintaining customer relationships while leading the retail sales team and achieving store sales goals.

      What You'll Do

      Customer Focus: The Store Manager will guide profitable sales and meet store financial plans through business decisions.

      • Manage store events to ensure they are within budget, meets the event criteria and work with marketing, merchandising and sales teams in executing the event
      • Create an environment that maintains a 100% focus on the customer
      • Maintain a compelling store experience for customers by engaging and modeling appropriate customer service behaviors
      • Direct and model selling behaviors to build customer relationships and brand loyalty
      • Lead an efficient and satisfying cash-wrap experience
      • Model and support use of store tools and systems to nurture customer relationships
      • Manage all marketing activities within the store

      Operational Excellence: The Store Manager is accountable for operational results, store procedures, payroll management, cash handling and inventory control.

      • Responsible for accurate recording of sales figures and performs cash operational functions such as bank deposits and daily cash reconciliation
      • Manage store labor and payroll, ensures services and product invoices are submitted in a timely manner, orders office and store supplies.
      • Guarantee sound inventory management through an accurate receiving and sending merchandise process.
      • Ensure housekeeping duties are completed to maintain a neat, clean and professional store environment
      • Demonstrate superior working knowledge and oversee use of all Company systems in store
      • Manage and protect the assets of the store through implementation and close monitoring of loss prevention practices

      Product Exper t: The Store Manager Works closely with the Brixton merchandising team to coordinate merchandising updates identify opportunities and develop long-term strategies.

      • Perform store visual standards following visual merchandising direction and accomplish superior product presentation
      • Execute reductions, price changes, clearance and transfers
      • Responsible for merchandise processing and replenishment on the sales floor
      • Ensure team is trained in the appropriate fitting techniques and accurately executing fittings

      People's Coach: The Store Manager attracts, recruits, hires and trains high-caliber team members

      Ensures all staff members are trained on product knowledge, selling skills, customer service and operations.

      • Ensure all team members are working together to create a positive environment and resolve issues
      • Assess team's performance and provide feedback using both informal and formal methods

      What You'll Need: To perform the job successfully, an individual should have the following credentials:

      • Bachelor's or associate degree and/or 3-5 years of retail experience - apparel preferred
      • Previous retail management experience required (2 yrs. Store Manager)
      • Ability to use a POS system - Shopify and Stocky
      • Energetic, positive, helpful demeanor and a passion and interest in Brixton
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
      • Proven ability to provide a superior customer experience and drive customer loyalty
      • Proven ability to assess talent and manage performance
      • Proven business acumen with strategic and analytical skills
      • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization
      • Schedule to include evenings, weekends, and Holidays
