  Be the Heart of Our Team as a Store Manager at Scandinavian Designs!

  Location: 266 Bella Vista Rd, Vacaville, CA
  
  Job Type: Full-time / Exempt
  
  Training Rate: Starting at $2,500 to $2,692.31 bi-weekly per pay period during training, then:
  
  Post Training Rate: Yearly fixed base pay of $10,000, PLUS percentage of store sales and percentage of personal sales!
  
  What You'll Do:
  
  • Inspire Customers: Share your love for mid-century modern, rustic, and contemporary styles while helping customers find meaningful solutions for their homes.
  • Lead with Passion: Guide and motivate a team of sales associates, managers, and warehouse staff in a commission-based environment.
  • Create Success: Set exciting sales goals, coach your team, and foster a positive, supportive culture.
  • Be the Expert: Learn all about our products and services to provide knowledgeable and wholehearted customer service.
  • Keep Things Running Smoothly: Oversee everything from sales transactions to inventory management, facility upkeep, and customer satisfaction.
  Who You Are:
  • A natural leader with 1-2+ years of sales and management experience (retail and customer service experience encouraged! ).
  • A great communicator who thrives in a team environment.
  • Someone who loves interior design and creating visually inspiring spaces.
  • Flexible and ready to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Energetic, hands-on, and ready to tackle tasks like light lifting, cleaning, and assembly.
  Education:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Management experience in customer service, retail sales, interior design or consulting preferred and not required.
