      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in daily operations of retail sales, including quotes, material take-offs, and purchase orders
      - Maintain the quality of the retail floor, ensuring proper pricing, inventory selection, and promotional displays
      - Investigate and resolve customer issues related to order processing and pricing discrepancies
      - Lead and direct employees by assigning tasks and monitoring work progress
      - Open and close the store as scheduled, ensuring compliance with safety procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
      - Minimum of five (5) years of retail or sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Working knowledge of company products and the building industry
      - Broad computer knowledge, including Point-of-Sales (POS) equipment and Microsoft Office Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the building materials industry
      - Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) programs
      - Strong math skills and aptitude for reading complex instructions or drawings
