What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in daily retail sales operations, quotes/estimates, and material take-offs
- Maintain quality of retail floor, including inventory selection and pricing
- Coordinate product knowledge training for sales personnel and customers
- Investigate and resolve customer issues regarding order processing and inventory
- Provide input on employee performance to management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- 5 years of retail or sales experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of company products and building industry
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Point-of-Sales (POS) equipment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ERP program
