      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Optimize marketing channels to enhance customer retention efforts
      - Provide reporting on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations

      - Manage social media accounts and create engaging content
      - Build and optimize email marketing campaigns, including onboarding and promotional series

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of relevant marketing experience
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
      - Experience with email marketing tools and campaign development (e.g., MailChimp, HubSpot)
      - Strong analytical skills and ability to utilize data for optimizing marketing efforts
      - Must have email coding knowledge (HTML, CSS)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience writing for SEO
      - Proficiency in design programs such as Adobe InDesign and Illustrator
      - Understanding of survey management tools (e.g., Survey Monkey)
      - Familiarity with project management software such as Asana or JIRA
      - Positive attitude with a creative and innovative mindset
