      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Work with clients to gather necessary information for annual 401(k) reporting
      - Review client-submitted documents for completeness and accuracy
      - Utilize administration software to complete 401(k) testing and reporting
      - Prepare government filings for 401(k) plans, including the IRS Form 5500
      - Educate clients regarding the administration of their 401(k) plans and related documents

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years of age
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Meticulous attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
      - Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (business, finance, etc.) or equivalent work experience
      - Basic knowledge of 401(k) plan structure, ROBS, and IRS/DOL Regulations
      - Skills in customer service, organization, and collaboration
